o ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES / GRADE SLIPS (certified copy or original & copy)
o COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
o ONE (1) PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO (DO NOT GLUE TO APPLICATION FORM)
o A LEVEL RECOMMENDATION FROM LAST SCHOOL/EMPLOYER
  *(if not a student of VFCSS, or are applying a year or more after you graduated from VFCSS)
